Eng. Magdy is the chairman of Softlock. In 1992 he established the company with a vision of providing Arabic software to local and regional market. The company entered the field of digital security in 1997, and since that date it provides the security products and solutions to local, regional and international market.
Dr. Ayman Bahaa, CTO
Dr. Ayman Bahaa joined Softlock in 1995 after graduating from the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. He has performed the task of technically evolving the company and provides continued guidance to the developers. He is experienced in designing and managing information systems and software projects, and provides consulting to Softlock clients.
Dr. Ayman Bahaa is also an associate professor in the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. He holds a PhD in Information Security from Ain Shams University (2004).
Dr. Mohamed Sobh, R&D Manager
Dr. Mohamed Sobh joined Softlock in 1996 after graduating from the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. He leads the research and development team to provide different security products and solutions.
Dr. Mohamed Sobh is also an assistant professor in the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. He holds a PhD in System Modeling and Digital Simulation from Ain Shams University (2005).
Research and Development Team
Softlock constructs a highly qualified research and development team. The team members are chosen carefully, many of them are academic staff or preparing postgraduate studies or graduated with excellent or very good grade.
System Integration Team
System Integration team members have deep technical background with excellent communication skills. They are fully trained to discover customer’s needs, recommend suitable solutions, propose new customized solutions, integrate the solutions and provide a continuous direct or indirect support.
Sales team members have good knowledge about Softlock products and solutions, excellent communication skills and professional sales and marketing background. They are trained to guide customers through pre-sale, implementation, and after sale stages. Also, they are prepared to mange online customers through Softlock Help Desk system. Sales persons provide periodical reports about existing market changes and new needs in the digital security field.
